XCMG XC870K Backhoe Loader Component
A backhoe loader consists of: a powertrain, which is designed to run freely over a variety of rugged terrain. The loading end , which is primarily used to pick up and carry large amounts of loose material. The digging end , which can be used to excavate dense, hard materials or lift heavy objects. Each piece of equipment is designed for a specific type of work. On a typical construction site, an excavator operator will usually need to use all three components to get the job done.
XCMG XC870K Backhoe Loader Safe Operating Techniques
Before digging the backhoe loader should fix the bucket mouth and outriggers of the loading bucket with the ground so that the front and rear wheels are slightly off the ground and keep the body horizontal to improve the stability of the machine. Before digging operation, the loading bucket should be turned over so that the bucket mouth is facing the ground and the front wheels are slightly off the ground, the brake pedal should be stepped down and locked, and then the outriggers should be extended so that the rear wheels are off the ground and the horizontal position is maintained.
