The tractor head adopts 13R22.5 tubeless tires with superior puncture resistance. Due to the absence of tubeless tires and cushioning belts, the weight of the wheel assembly is greatly reduced and the rolling resistance is lowered, thus greatly reducing fuel consumption. The design of the tubeless tire prevents the tire from bursting suddenly when punctured, while continuous brake braking in hot weather does not cause the tire to burst. The large diameter of this tire enhances the chassis passing ability and has a high load carrying capacity compared to other tires.

Our tractor heads are sprayed with wax after production to prevent rust and corrosion during transportation. After the antirust wax spraying is finished, we will check the wax spraying parts for any leakage, flow hanging, dust and so on, and then the rust-prone parts will be coated with grease again for double protection. Meanwhile, during transportation, it will be covered with waterproof tarpaulin, which can effectively avoid rusting. These tarps are made of durable and weather-resistant materials that provide reliable protection from rain, snow, dust, UV rays and other environmental elements.
